Contact us for details on how to take courses during the lockdown. We will be supplementing in-person classes with Zoom until the full lockdown ends and then switching to our smaller, partial lockdown class sizes of three. Long Distance learning is now available

We customize a training schedule and provide training over Zoom. Long distance students are welcome to book a Zoom appointment or review class after they have completed 5 case studies.

Shiro-Abhyanga The Traditional Indian Head Massage Zoom class with Andrea Olivera

Monday February 1st from 6pm to 8pm (Module One, Part 1)

This two hour class will cover:

  • Introduction to Ayurveda
  • Elemental Wisdom
  • The Gunas our Ayurveda Mind Types

The registration requirement is enrollment and full payment for Shiro-Abhyanga The Traditional Indian Head Massage workshop. In this class, Andrea Olivera will welcome her students enrolled in the Shiro-Abhyanga, The Traditional Indian Head Massage, Workshop.

Monday February 8th from 6pm to 8pm (Module One, Part 2)

This two hour class will cover:

  • Introduction to Cosmic Anatomy
  • Entering into the secrets of Ayurveda Healing
  • Q&A on steps and techniques
  • During this class students are invited into the deeper healing secrets behind each step in the IHM training videos and manuals.

Ayurveda Facial

Monday, February 15th, 6pm to 8pm (Zoom Theory Class 1)

This two hour class will cover:

  • Introduction to Ayurveda Beauty Secrets
  • The Art of Customization for the 3 Ayurveda Face Types
  • Questions & Answers

This class is for students registered for the online Ayurveda Facial video training. Please register for the Ayurveda Facial, pay, and sign the waiver. Once payment is received, we send a Zoom invitation link to join the two classes as part of your training. Past students who would like to review can pay an auditing fee of $100 for two IHM classes and $100 for two Ayurveda Facial classes.

Monday, February 22nd, 6pm to 8pm (Zoom Theory Class 2)

This two hour class will cover:

  • Vedic Psychosomatic Interpretation of the Emotions and the Face
  • Chakra Aura Crystal Cleanse, discovering emotional release
  • Questions & Answers
