After the completion of your case studies for each module, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion.

This is not a license nor a registration, but a certificate that states that you have completed the courses.

Ayurveda is not yet regulated in Canada, but there are practices allowed and you can continue your education to receive registered Certifications as an Ayurveda Practitioner or Lifestyle consultant EMAIL US FOR MORE DETAILS.

Yes. You can take all the modules together or one at a time based on your schedule. Currently, Module 1 and 2 are online, which can be done during the lockdown. This allows you the ability to start distance learning whenever you are ready. We highly recommend the online training as it is the core of the full program. The online course also allows you to take your time and learn at your own pace. Great for people who need more time and repetition, or for those who get bored in classrooms because they are advanced and want to get into the treatment plan right away.

We recommend that you follow the order of the modules as the content, theory, and philosophy build on one another. For those at different levels who have other training, you are most welcome to start where it fits your needs.

If you are new to Ayurveda, the spa industry, or healing arts, we recommend following each module one after the other. Start with module 1, the traditional Indian head massage, then move to module 2, Ayurveda facials.

The first two online modules will allow you to watch and learn over and over again at your own pace. Repetition is good for the soul and will help you learn how to integrate all the different detailed steps.

We recommend watching the video twice then reading the written photographed steps to support your learning experience.

Module 1 – Intro to Ayurveda & Indian Head Massage $450+hst

Module 2 – Ayurveda Rituals Facial $900+hst

Module 3 – Ayurveda Mind & Body Therapy $1108+hst

Module 4 – Ayurveda Hand & Foot Therapy $350+hst

Module 5 – Ayurveda Shirodhara $550+hst

The full course cost is $3,308+hst

The first four modules cost $2800+hst

For those on a budget, we recommend taking one module and charging for the case studies to regain your investment. This helps those looking to move slowly and make their investment back.

All spa training for groups will be available online until further notice.

We are currently taking bookings for online group classes. For more information, please contact Andrea at info@ayurvedictouch.com

In-person training is available upon request. We recommend starting with our two online modules. One on one training is available in Toronto only.

All spa training for groups will be available online until further notice.

We are currently taking bookings for online group classes. For more information, please contact Andrea at info@ayurvedictouch.com

We can customize a payment plan prior to you taking the courses. Once full payment is received, then we can begin your training. You can also start by taking one module at a time and charging for your services to make your money back right away. Giving yourself a set date to finish your case studies will help you save money for the next module.

These classes can be the start of your career into the healing arts. If you are already an esthetician, RMT or other wellness practitioner, these classes will enhance your skills set and help you to integrate the healing wisdom of Ayurveda.

You can add these courses as additional services you offer or these can be the beginning of your career into the healing arts.

A private customized schedule is available for long distance students or someone who has never taken courses in the healing arts and may need more one on one guidance and coaching.

Students who have never taken training in healing treatments before book private classes with me so that I can cater to their training and help them start out their career in the healing arts with advice and support.

Time is spent reviewing your hands-on training as well as helping you with your brand, and I have several dates available to begin training you when you are ready. If you are already trained in any spa services or other healing modalities adding Ayurveda Wisdom will enhance your clients experience.

If you are new to all of this I would recommend starting out with one module at a time, like Indian Head Massage.

The next module for you to take is Ayurveda Facials, we need two full days for this course when I train you privately, you are then welcome to audit when I teach the course again for your third practical experience day.

After these two courses, you can begin offering services to clients and see how it goes for you before investing in learning the Ayurveda Abhyanga massage which is Module 3 Tri-Dosha Mind and Body Therapy, as this course is more in depth. If you decide to take this course then we need 3 full days, and your fourth day you can audit when I teach it again for practical experience.

The next course is Indian Hand and Foot therapy which is a one day intensive course you can take anytime.

The last course is Shirodhara which is a course I recommend is taken after all the above four modules are completed.

Some long distance students or students who are really excited to learn and want to do an intensive, book a full week and get all five modules done as an intensive with me. You are welcome to do that as I offer customizing our schedules to make this work. You will be the main student with a second student that has already taken the course for them to practice giving you the treatments and you will practice on each other. This means that my focus is completely on you! You will gain so much support and guidance. I will then help you with advice on how to start your own business and how to market yourself and create your service menu, These are the bonuses of taking the full one week intensive.

If you live in Toronto, I would recommend that we do it in two weeks, meaning you do two modules one week, then the other modules the following week, and after all four modules are complete, you take the last training in Shirodhara. This will give you time to digest the training.

Out of town students find it better to come to Toronto and take all the modules at once, If you are from out of town then I will also add two hours of training over Zoom for you to videotape yourself giving a treatment for my feedback.

Ayurveda philosophy, and technologies provide psycho-spiritual emotional support remedies to help you provide further care for your clients in need of guidance and self-care practices.

Integrating Vedic knowledge into your practice will firstly help you as a healer to  further understanding your own body-mind connection and prevent future illness and  imbalances. The theory will assist your own personal development and provide deeper knowledge on the Chakras, the Gunas (Three Mental Natures) and the Doshas. This knowledge will help you personally and help you understand the challenges that your clients are facing.

Ayurveda is not yet a regulated practice in Canada, after completing these courses and the completion of your case studies, you will definitely know how to perform these services and may offer them to others.

You will not be able to call yourself an Ayurveda Practitioner, nor any designation using the name of Ayurveda, other then stating that you are now trained in Ayurveda Spa services, and are an Ayurveda Spa Specialist after the completion of all modules.

Many students take these courses to get an idea if massage and healing is what they wish to invest in. This helps you decide if you will be moving towards full training as a Registered Massage Therapist or Esthetician and as an Ayurveda Practitioner before you receive your license and designations from accredited institutions.
