– Massage table if you have one
– 2 single bedsheets
– 2 large bath towels
– 4 hand towels
– 2 small bowls ceramic, stainless steel, or clay (no plastic)
– 1 medium bowl
– apron (best are plastic)
– hair brush
– face fan brush (Shoppers Drug Mart brand Quo has a few options)

You may want to bring lunch and snacks, your own drinking water, pen and paper.

During the class you will experience the full treatment, this means that your hair after class will be oil rich. You are welcome to bring your shampoo and conditioner, hair brush or a hat to wear out and keep the herbal oils in your hair.
